Description
IHS offers extra security deadbolt series for both residential projects (DS-standard duty) and commercial building (DH-heavy duty).
IHS S series – residential, standard duty, 5 pins. S series are constructed of heavy steel and plated to resist rust.
IHS H series – Commercial, heavy duty, 6 pins. H series are constructed to comply with ANSI 156.2, Grade 2 standards (400,000 cycle test) and to meet UL-3 fire rating with stainless steel latch bolt.
Specifications:
Backset:
60 mm and 70 mm as standard and can supply with adjustable latch to suit 60 mm to 70 mm on “DS” series. Zinc alloy bolt on “DS” series. 1″ solid brass bolt on “DH” series.
Door Thickness:
32-51 mm on single cylinder “DS” series, 35-46 mm on double-cylinder “DS” series, 35-51 mm on single cylinder “DH” series, 36-51 mm on double-cylinder “DH” series.
Keying:
Supplied random keyed complete with 3 keys as standard. Can be keyed alike, master keyed, grand master keyed, and construction keyed systems are available.
Finished:
Satin stainless steel and polished brass as standard. Other finishes are available upon request.
Cylinder:
5 pinned cylinder with zinc alloy housing are supplied as standard on “DS” series. 6 pinned cylinder with solid brass housing are supplied as standard on “DH” series.
